Your literature indicates that the majority of your customers install the street clock themselves. How difficult is the installation?
This is one of our most frequently asked questions. Street clocks are generally no more difficult to install than a street lamp at the end of your driveway. The clock simply requires a standard 120V power source and a poured concrete base with anchor rods to bolt the clock down. When a city or community purchases our clock, in over 90% of those instances the public works department handles the installation. Most businesses, homeowners and other customers either hire a local contractor, handyman or sign company to install the clock. We provide the appropriate CAD drawings, schematics, instructions as well as telephone support, before and during the installation process.
